In my opinion, this crop circle is created on 16^th August 2016.

According to the Mayan calendar Tzolkin, 16^th August 2016 is a day with the Solar Seal “Yellow Sun” and with Tone 6, in the Blue Eagle Wavespell, in the Central Green Castle of Enchantment with major energy “Yellow Human”.
16^th August 2016 is also a day in the Blue Spectral Storm Year, which began on 26^th July 2016.

On the crop circle are depicted following energies:

Blue Storm – major energy of the Blue Spectral Storm Year
Red Moon – the Challenging energy of the Blue Storm
White Wind – the Occult Teacher of the Blue Storm
Yellow Sun – the Solar Seal of the day and Supporting energy of the Blue Storm

Yellow Human
Blue Hand – the Supporting energy of the Yellow Human

These energies have following qualities:

Blue Storm – Activation, Catalyzation of the processes, Energy, Self-Generation
Red Moon – Purify, Flow, Universal Water

Yellow Sun – Enlightenment, Ascension, Universal Fire, Life
Tone 6 – the Rhythmic Tone of Balance
Yellow Seed – Awareness, Targets, Flowering
Yellow Human – Free Will, Influence, Wisdom
Blue Hand – Knowledge, Accomplishment, Healing

In the center of the formation is depicted a Sun with 6 rays. It symbolizes the energy “YELLOW SUN” and Tone 6.

On the outer periphery of the formation we see 6 lunar crescents “M”. They depict the energy “RED MOON”.

In each lunar crescent and in the Sun are depicted swirls, whirls, which symbolize the energy “BLUE STORM”.

At each lunar crescent there are 2 triangles “W”. Here the number 2 symbolizes the energy "WHITE WIND”.

On this way on the crop circle are depicted the main energies of the Blue Storm Year:
Blue Storm, Yellow Sun, Red Moon and White Wind.

On the outer periphery of the bigger hexagon, between each pair of lunar crescents we see triangles “C”, 6 in total. They resemble the Light body Merkaba. On this way we are reminded, that in the Blue Storm Year we can use the Blue Energy of Transformation for building of your light bodies Merkaba.

Round the Sun we see 6 circles “S". Each of them is divided in 4 parts and depicts the energy “YELLOW SEED” – Solar Seal No. 4.

The Yellow Seeds are we, the people. We are “planted” on the Earth to develop our consciousness.

In the inner hexagon round the Sun there are 12 triangles “H” in total. Here the number 12 symbolizes the energy “YELLOW HUMAN” – Solar Seal No. 12. And the 12 triangles “H” symbolize the Humanity.

The dashes “A” depict arms and symbolize the energy “BLUE HAND”.

The people have stretched arms to each other, they stand hand in hand.

Each of the 6 circles “S” depicts also the peace sign.
On this way on the formation is depicted a vision of the united humanity: the people stand hand in hand and want to live in peace on the Earth.
