According to the Mayan calendar, 19^th July 2009 is a day of the Blue Electric Storm Year with Tone 3 (26^th July 2008 - 25^th July 2009). On 26^th July 2009 began the Year of the Yellow Seed with Tone 4.

In my opinion, on the formation are depicted following energies:

Blue Storm
Yellow Sun – the Supporting energy of the Blue Storm
Blue Night – the Guiding energy of the Blue Electric Storm
Red Moon – the Challenging energy of the Blue Storm
White Wind – the Occult Teacher of the Blue Storm
Yellow Seed

These energies have following qualities:

Blue Storm – Activation, Catalyzation of the processes, Energy, Self-Generation
Yellow Sun – Enlightenment, Ascension, Universal Fire, Life
Blue Night – Dreams, Intuition, Abundance
Red Moon – Purify, Flow, Universal Water
White Wind – Spirit, Breathe, Connection, Communication
Yellow Seed – Awareness, Targets, Flowering

The formation resembles a rotating device, which gives us the feeling of activation. On this way is depicted the energy BLUE STORM.

On the periphery of the formation we see 5 small circles, with numbers from 1 to 5 on the image.
On four of these circles are depicted 2 circles from type W1 и W2.
Here the number 2 symbolizes the energy WHITE WIND – Solar Seal No. 2.

On the circles from 1 to 5 there are 9 circles of type W1 in total.
Here the number 9 symbolizes the energy RED MOON – Solar Seal No. 9.

On circle 2 (also on all circles from 1 to 4) there are 3 circles: W1, W2 and N.
The number 3 symbolizes the energy BLUE NIGHT – Solar Seal No. 3.

On the formation there are 2 types of circles:
- bigger circles from type “C”, including the circles of type “W1”
- very small circles of type "S", which look like small points

The total number of the bigger circles of type “C” on the whole formation is 60. The number 60 symbolizes the energy YELLOW SUN. Kin 60 in the Tzolkin calendar is with Solar Seal Yellow Sun.

The total number of the small circles-points of type “S” is 84. The number 84 symbolizes the energy YELLOW SEED. Kin 84 in Tzolkin is with the Solar Seal Yellow Seed.

On 25^th July 2009 ended the Blue Electric Storm Year with Tone 3 and on 26^th July 2009 began the Year of the Yellow Seed with Tone 4. On this formation from 19^th July 2009 are depicted the main energies of the Blue Electric Storm Year and the major energy of the New Yellow Seed Year with Tone 4.
