According to the Mayan calendar Tzolkin, 15^th June 2003 is a day with the Solar Seal Red Skywalker and with Tone 9, in the Red Planetary Moon Year with Tone 10 (26^th July 2002 – 24^th July 2003).

In my opinion, on the formation are depicted following energies:

Red Moon – major energy of the year and Guiding energy of the Red Skywalker with Tone 9
Tone 10 – Tone of the year
White Dog – the Supporting energy of the Red Moon
Red Earth – the Guiding energy of the Red Planetary Moon
Blue Storm – the Challenging energy of the Red Moon
Yellow Human – the Occult Teacher of the Red Moon
Red Skywalker
Tone 9 – Tone of the day
Blue Night – the Challenging energy of the Red Skywalker
White Worldbridger – the Occult Teacher of the Red Skywalker

Left and right of the central bright circle there are two groups of 9 figures and each figure consists of a circle and a lunar crescent. The circle represents the energy RED EARTH and the lunar crescent represents the energy RED MOON.
The number 9 symbolizes Tone 9.

On the formation there are 19 circles in total (including the central circle "S"). The number 19 symbolizes the energy BLUE STORM – Solar Seal No. 19.
 
Round the central circle “S” there are 2 groups of 3 small figures of type “A”, or there are 6 figures of type “A” in total.
The number 3 symbolizes the energy BLUE NIGHT – Solar Seal No. 3.
The number 6 symbolizes the energy WHITE WORLDBRIDGER– Solar Seal No. 6.

The figures of type “B” are also 6.
The figures of type “A” and of type “B” are 12 in total.
The number 12 symbolizes the energy YELLOW HUMAN – Solar Seal No. 12.

These 12 figures together with the central circle “S” form a group of 13 figures.
The number 13 symbolizes the energy RED SKYWALKER – Solar Seal No. 13.

The central circle “S” symbolizes a Portal. 15^th June 2003 is a Galactic Activation Portal Day.

The sum of 9 figures of types “А”, “В” and “С” right of the central circle “S” together with the circle “S” gives a group of 10 figures.

The number 10 symbolizes the energy WHITE DOG – Solar Seal No. 10.
The number 10 symbolizes also Tone 10 – the Tone of the year.

And so on the formation are depicted all main energies of the Red Planetary Moon Year:
Red Moon, Tone 10, White Dog, Red Earth, Blue Storm and Yellow Human.
