According to the Mayan calendar Tzolkin, 21^st July 1994 is a day with the Solar Seal Yellow Seed and Tone 10, in the Blue Eagle Wavespell.

In my opinion, on the formation are depicted following energies:

Blue Eagle
White Worldbridger – the Occult Teacher of the Blue Eagle

These energies have following qualities:

Blue Eagle – Creativity, Vision, Mind, Planetary Consciousness
White Worldbridger – Equalize, Death, Opportunity

The crop circle depicts an Eye and on this way is symbolized the energy  BLUE EAGLE - the energy of Vision, of Visualization.

The circle in the center represents the Earth. Round it are depicted Bridges, which symbolize the energy WHITE WORLDBRIDGER.

During the Blue Eagle Wavespell the authors of this formation propose us to use the Energy of Visualization and to visualize that the people on the Earth stretch hands to each other, build bridges to each other and live in Unity! When we visualize something, it gradually begins to manifest itself in our reality. The Visualization is an effective method for creating of the desired new reality.
