According to the Mayan calendar, 21^st July 1999 is a day with the Solar Seal “Red Moon” and with Tone 2 and is a day in the Red Moon Year, which had begun on 26^th July 1998.
Besides, 21^st July 1999 is a day in the Central Green Castle of Enchantment with major energy “Yellow Human”.

In my opinion, on the crop circle throug figures and numbers are depicted following energies:

Red Moon
Red Dragon
Blue Storm
Yellow Human

These energies have following qualities:

Red Moon – Purify, Flow, Universal water
Red Dragon – Birth, Nurturing, Existence, Memory
Blue Storm – Activation, Catalyzation of the processes, Energy, Self-Generation
Yellow Human – Free Will, Influence, Wisdom

The biggest circle in the center symbolizes the energy “Red Dragon” – Solar Seal No. 1, Guiding Energy of the day 21^st July 1999.

Round it we see three groups of circles. Each group consists of 4 bigger and 9 smaller circles.

Or, in each group there are 13 circles in total.
And the number of all circles in all three groups is 3 х 13 = 39.
The total number of the bigger circles in all three groups is: 3 х 4 = 12.

Here the number 9 symbolizes the energy “Red Moon” – Solar Seal No. 9 – Solar Seal of the day and major energy of the actual Red Moon Year.

The number 12 symbolizes the energy “Yellow Human” – major energy in the Central Green Castle.

The number 39 symbolizes the energy “Blue Storm” – Challenging Energy of the Red Moon. Kin 39 in Tzolkin is with the Solar Seal “Blue Storm”.
