According to the Mayan calendar Tzolkin, 2^nd August 1996 is a day of the Blue Storm Year with Tone 4, which has begun on 26^th July 1996.

In my opinion, on the formation through figures and numbers are depicted following energies:

Blue Storm
Yellow Sun – the Supporting energy of the Blue Storm
Blue Eagle – the Guiding energy of the Blue Storm with Tone 4
Red Moon - the Challenging energy of the Blue Storm
White Wind – the Occult Teacher of the Blue Storm
Tone 4 – the Selfexisting Tone of Form

These energies have following qualities:

Blue Storm – Activation, Catalyzation, Energy, Selfgeneration
Yellow Sun - Enlightenment, Ascension, Universal Fire, Life
Blue Eagle – Creativity, Vision, Mind
Red Moon – Purify, Flow, Universal Water
White Wind – Spirit, Breathe, Connection, Communication

The outer circle «Н» depicts the face of an eagle and the two circles «Е» depict the eyes of the eagle. The eyes are enormous big, this symbolizes the energy "Blue Eagle” - the energy of Vision. The authors of this crop circle remind us to use the energy of the Blue Eagle in order to CREATE the desired reality by VISUALIZING it.

In the center of the formation we see two lunar crescents. They depict the energy Red Moon.

The lunar crescents resemble a rotating device, give us the feeling of rotation. On this way is depicted the energy Blue Storm - Activation, Catalyzation of the processes.

The two circles «S» depict Suns, they represent the energy Yellow Sun.

So we see 2 lunar crescents and 2 suns, or these are 4 figures in total.

Here the number 2 symbolizes the energy White Wind – Solar Seal No. 2.
And the number 4 symbolizes Tone 4 – the Tone of the actual Year.
