According to the Mayan calendar Tzolkin, 8^th August 2004 is a day with the Solar Seal Yellow Human and with Tone 12 – the Crystal Tone of Cooperation.
This is also a day of the Red Dragon Wavespell, in the Red Castle with major energy Yellow Seed.
8^th August 2004 is also a day of the Blue Crystal Storm Year with Tone 12, which began on 26^th July 2004.
 
In my opinion, on the formation are depicted following energies:

Yellow Human
Blue Hand – the Supporting energy of the Yellow Human
White Wind – the Challenging energy of the Yellow Human
Yellow Seed
Red Earth – the Occult Teacher of the Yellow Seed
Tone 12
Blue Storm

These energies have following qualities

Yellow Human – Free Will, Influence, Wisdom
Blue Hand – Knowledge, Accomplishment, Healing
White Wind – Spirit, Breathe, Connection, Communication
Yellow Seed – Awareness, Targets, Flowering
Red Earth – Evolution, Navigation, Synchronization
Tone 12 – the Crystal Tone of Cooperation
Blue Storm – Activation, Catalyzation of the processes, Energy, Self-Generation

On the pictogram we see crystals, arranged in two groups with 4 columns. Here the number 4 symbolizes the energy YELLOW SEED – Solar Seal No. 4.

The authors of this crop circle remind us, that in a BLUE STORM Year we receive and can use the Blue energy of Transformation. The cells are transformed in crystalline ones. We have also the possibility to build our crystal light bodies Mercaba.

The both columns “Н” include 6 + 6 = 12 crystals.
Here the number 12 symbolizes the energy YELLOW HUMAN – Solar Seal No. 12.

Each column “М” includes 7 crystals. Here the number 7 symbolizes the energy BLUE HAND – Solar Seal No. 7.

Between the columns "Н" are disposed the arcs "С". The total number of the arcs "С" is 12. These 12 arcs represent Tone 12 – the Crystal Tone of Cooperation, which is Tone of the day and Tone of the year.

We see how the energies of Tone 12 connect the people “Н”, help them to cooperate.

On the outer periphery there are 2 arcs “W”, which represent the energy WHITE WIND – Solar Seal No. 2. The White Wind help the people to Communicate and to Connect with each other.

The total number of all crystals in all 8 columns is 52. Kin 52 in Tzolkin is with the Solar Seal YELLOW HUMAN. So we can say that all crystals symbolize the Humanity. And the big circle represents the Earth and the energy Red Earth.

The authors of this formation invite us in the Red Dragon wavespell (the Energy of Birth), in the Red Castle of the Yellow Seed to plant this “Seed”, this idea – for a United Humanity: may the people on the Earth unite themselves and live in peace and Cooperation.
