According to the Mayan calendar Tzolkin, 21^st July 2007 is a day with the Solar Seal Red Moon and with Tone 10, in the Red Castle with major energy Yellow Seed, in the Red Magnetic Moon Year with Tone 1 (26^th July 2006 – 25^th July 2007).

In my opinion, on the formation are depicted following energies:

Red Moon
Yellow Seed
Tone 1

They have following qualities:
 
Red Moon – Purify, Flow, Universal Water
Yellow Seed – Awareness, Targets, Flowering
Tone 1 – the Magnetic Tone of Purpose

The crop circle looks like a Flower. It symbolizes the energy YELLOW SEED – the energy of Flowering.

The Flower consists of lunar crescents, which symbolize the energy RED MOON.

The small circle in the center of the formation symbolizes Tone 1.
