According to the Mayan calendar, 1^st August 1996 is a day of the Blue Selfexisting Storm Year with Tone 4, which began on 26^th July 1996.

In my opinion, on the formation are depicted following energies:

Blue Eagle – the Guiding energy of the Blue Selfexisting Storm
Yellow Sun – the Supporting energy of the Blue Storm
Red Moon – the Challenging energy of the Blue Storm
White Wind – the Occult Teacher of the Blue Storm
Tone 4 – Tone of the year

These energies have following qualities:

Blue Eagle – Creativity, Vision, Mind
Yellow Sun – Enlightenment, Ascension, Universal Fire, Life
Red Moon – Purify, Flow, Universal Water
White Wind – Spirit, Breathe, Connection, Communication
Tone 4 – the Selfexisting Tone of Form

On the formation we see 2 lunar crescents, they represent the energy RED MOON.
The number 2 symbolizes the energy WHITE WIND – Solar Seal No. 2.
The lunar crescents have 4 arcs in total. The number 4 symbolizes Tone 4 – the Tone of the year.
The background of the formation is a bright circle, it represents the energy YELLOW SUN.

The lunar crescents form an EYE, which symbolizes the energy BLUE EAGLE – the Energy of Vision, of Visualization.

The authors of this formation invite us during the Blue Selfexisting Storm Year to use the energy of the Blue Eagle and to create the desired new reality by visualizing it.
